I don’t know, maybe I just had a different idea of what “organic” was supposed to mean, but this wasn’t quite what I expected. I bought it thinking it would feel a little more natural or straightforward, and then when I looked closer, the organic claim just didn’t really line up with what I had in my head. Not the worst thing ever, just kind of disappointing because that was the main reason I picked it.

I really wanted to like it, but something about it was just way too sweet for me. After a couple bites, I had to stop because all I could taste was sugar. I’m sure some people are into that, but the balance felt off to me. I don’t think I’d buy it again.

I don’t know, their brand ethics just don’t really sit right with me. I wanted to give them a chance, but I’m not comfortable supporting them.

I was disappointed when my order showed up. The box was crushed, and it looked like everything had just been tossed in without much care. I expected it to be packed a lot better.

I had a tough time figuring out what I could actually eat here. The allergen info didn’t feel super clear, and I kept second-guessing everything, like whether a sauce had dairy, if something was cooked with butter, if the fries shared a fryer, if a dressing had gluten, or if a “safe” item had hidden ingredients. It just made ordering stressful instead of easy. I’m sure it might be totally fine for someone without restrictions, but if you’re avoiding things like dairy, gluten, cross-contamination, creamy sauces, breading, or mystery seasonings, it’s probably not the best choice.

I ordered specific flavors, but what showed up was a bunch of stuff I didn’t even choose. On top of that, one item was missing completely. I reached out to get it sorted, but the response was slow and it never felt like they actually fixed anything. It’s really frustrating when you can’t even count on getting the order you paid for. this kind of thing makes me lose trust in them. 1 star.

I signed up for the chocolate subscription thinking it would be a fun, easy little treat, but I regretted it quickly. My first box showed up late, and the tracking barely updated, so I was just sitting there wondering if it was even coming at all.

I really wish I had looked into the cancellation process before signing up, because trying to stop it before the next charge was way more confusing than it should’ve been. I still got billed again, customer service took a while to respond, and they didn’t really solve much. I won’t be using it again

I tried ordering from coracaoconfections.com on my phone, it was way more frustrating than it should’ve been.
The pages were loading slowly, the menu wasn’t very clear, and I kept tapping around just to find basic stuff. Some parts of the site didn’t even line up right on my screen, so trying to check out felt like a whole project?!
The products might be great, but the website made me give up before I could even place an order. For something that should be simple, it was just annoying

I emailed them about my order and waited a few days just to get a really short reply that didn’t actually help with anything. I’m sure they’re busy or whatever, but it definitely felt like they just wanted me to stop bothering them. Totally fine, I guess, I just won’t be ordering from them again.
